Our Lead Scan equipment ensures that all leads and pin arrays are properly aligned. We ensure that all leads are conditioned on the leaded packages prior to shipment to our customers.
Laser Mark
Our laser equipment can mark customer product codes and logos onto integrated circuit products and perform position scanning on the marked areas. According to customer specifications, our laser equipment can mark 2D codes and any custom data on the front side of the product (supporting both partial and full-surface marking).
Vacuum pack
KYEC can provide vacuum pack by customer's requirement to protect customer's product.
Storage
Provide safe environment for storing product. Set up complete checking methods to make sure that quantity of real material match quantity on IT system.
Drop shipment
KYEC has the facilities to perform bake (trays & tubes for bake), dry packing and drop ship of all our finished goods directly to our customers site or to their end customers locations.
