Mr. Chi-Chun Hsieh assumed the position of Chairman in June 2026. He joined King Yuan Electronics in June 2014, serving as Vice Chairman. Prior to that, Mr. Hsieh served as a supervisor of King Yuan Electronics from April 1999 to June 2014.

Mr. Gauss Chang becomes President of KYEC in September 2023. Mr. Gauss Chang previously served as Executive Vice President at KYEC and was responsible for strategic planning, market development and sales. He had already accumulated nearly 11 years of operating, marketing and project management experience when he joined KYEC since 2000. Before joining KYEC, he was a manager in charge of IDM sales at Winbond Electronics Corporation.
