Mr. C.K. Lee is Chairman of KYEC who is also an important promoter for the continuous growth of KYEC. He served as the president of KYEC from 1991 to 1998 and has become Chairman since 1998.  Prior to joining KYEC, he was a manufacturing manager at United Microelectronics Corporation. He has considerable practical experience in the semiconductor industry.

Mr. Chi-Chun Hsieh has become Vice Chairman of KYEC since June 2014. Mr. Hsieh was the supervisor of KYEC from April 1999 to June 2014.

Mr. Gauss Chang becomes President of KYEC in September 2023. Mr. Gauss Chang previously served as Executive Vice President at KYEC and was responsible for strategic planning, market development and sales. He had already accumulated nearly 11 years of operating, marketing and project management experience when he joined KYEC since 2000. Before joining KYEC, he was a manager in charge of IDM sales at Winbond Electronics Corporation.
