Mike Liang joined KYEC in December, 2005.
From 1981 until joined KYEC, he has been working in the semiconductor industry for 24 years in the arena of IC Assembly, Wafer Fabrication, IC Design and Wafer Material Manufacturing. Mr. Liang served for Ti-Acer Inc. as the Vice President of Wafer Fab Operations, during his tenure from 1990 to 1998, he led the successful growth of their DRAM business becoming a leading supplier in Taiwan. During 1998 to 2005, he served for Mosel Vitelic as the Vice President of Wafer Fab Operations, led the DRAM manufacturing line successfully converted to wafer foundry production. Before joining KYEC, he served for Phoenix Semiconductor International as the President and CEO.
Mr. Liang receives his BS, Physics from National Cheng Kung University and the EMBA, International Business Management from National Taiwan University. |
